Capacity Building of Faculty for Nation-building

India prides itself in having one of the largest teaching manpower in the world. The first and foremost challenge that confronts India is of encouraging enough teachers to take up research. The five pillars are Research, Training, Policy Advisory, Outreach, Collaboration.

Capacity building in CBSE

Quality concerns in school education are among the priorities of CBSE as they play a pivotal role in the development of the country. The Board is committed to make provisions for various training programmes for Teachers and Principals to enhance their understanding of curriculum and delivery mechanism and other professional qualities. AIIFDR is constituted to bridge the gap between academics and requirements. Registered by the Government as per the provisions of Literary and scientific institutions Act (Central Act XXI of 1860). CCAP is Registered with Department of Income Tax , Ministry of Finance , Government of India and Granted 80G (5) (vi) of Income Tax Act 1961 , Union Ministry of Finance , Government of India, New Delhi. It has Media Partnership with Little Scholars’ Wisdom Week , a National Students Newspaper Recognised and Approved by the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting , Government of India, New Delhi. Autonomous bodies and Institutes under Central Act XXI, 1860 are given Special Protection as per the provisions of Constitution of India. Mission Statement

Creating situations where all teachers are able to get the best possible professional preparation and support for updating their pedagogical skills for all levels of education to render optimum benefit to all students of schools under CBSE Curriculum.

Objectives of AIIFDR

• To organise empowerment and capacity building programs for the teachers and the principals to equip them with the competencies to deal with the needs of the learners and the society effectively.
• To carry out empowerment programs for Principals and Teachers to ensure effective implementation of various policies of CBSE.
• To strengthen the leadership skills, conflict revolution, interpersonal relations, management of values and ethics to promote managerial excellence of Principals.
• To undertake Action research for the development of innovative learning environment in schools of CBSE.
• To conduct effectively monitoring and capacity building programs for Principals and Teachers.
• To organise National Annual Awards to Schools, Principals and Teachers based on Excellence.
• To create opportunities for Principals and Teachers to participate in National and International Conferences, Summits, Meetings for paper presentation and Mutual Exchange Programs.

GURU DEVO BHAVA (Awards for Schools, Teachers and Principals)

Honouring Teachers, Principals and Parents “Those who educate children well are more to be honoured than parents, for these only gave life , those the art of living well.”—ARISTOTLE. On the occasion of Teachers day, Educate Bhaarath in association with Indian Institute of Teacher Education, will be honouring Teachers, Principals and Parents who have excelled in their profession and have made a difference in student’s lives. It is the teacher who can change mankind for the better.
Educate Bhaarath is inviting individual nominations from Teachers and Principals with complete details, contributions and the reason why they feel that they should get recognition in the field of education. School Excellence Awards are presented to the top 500 Educational institutions in CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Government Schools and International Schools in India in recognition of excellence in the education sector.

Educate Bhaarath is also organizing seminars, workshops, paper presentations and training programmes as part of continuing education to the teachers. There will be a nominal fee to delegates who want to present papers or teachers interested in delivering guest lectures. The delegates will be provided with delegate kit, lunch and tea at the venue. Appreciation and participation certificates will be given to all the delegates.

Women in Studies and Employment (WISE)

WISE with the sole aim of bringing together women teacher role models– Mahila Sishu Samrakshana Samithi(MASS), Mahila Vidya and Udyog, Bhaaratha Vanitha Mandali provide the right platform for the women to show case their technical skills and leadership qualities.

Honorary Management Programme from the Management and Administration Society to Teachers and Principals

(Honorary Management/Administration Excellence Certificates) The Governing Council of AIIFDR will select eminent and distinguished Teachers/Principals for Honorary Management /Administration Excellence Certificates in recognition of services rendered by Teachers in the School Management and Administration. The contribution should be meaningful and useful to the Schools at large.

Conventions for Teachers and Principals

AIIFDR organizes Teacher’s Convention in association with Sneha Seva Voluntary Association( SSVA), Mahila Sishu Samrakshana Samithi(MASS), Vikasa Vahini, Bhaaratha Vanitha Mandali. AIIFDR’s National Annual Teacher’s Convention contributes to Teacher’s Growth and Development.

Categories of Awards for Distinguished Principals and Teachers are:

Sanskriti Award, Humanitarian Award, Peace Award, Environment Award, National Integration Award, Hind Ratna Award, Jewel of India, Pride of India,Best Teacher, Vidya Ratna, Best School Management Award, Seva Ratna, Seva Shiromani, Vaidya Ratna, Nyaya Ratna, Nyaya Shiromani, Visveswariah Techno- Award, Ravindranath Tagore Literary Award, Vidya data, Upaadhyaya Ratna, Mother Teresa Peace Award etc.The teachers actively involved in capacity building programme will also receive Vidya Ratna award as part of Gurudevo Bhava organised by Educate Bhaarath. The Principal will also receive Vidya Shiromani award as part of Gurudevo Bhava organised by Educate Bhaarath. The school with highest Capacity Building Programs of Faculty enrolments will receive Mother Teresa Excellence Award in promotion of School Health Education.

  The Short-term Study Abroad Programs will impart a World Class Learning Experience and Inter-disciplinary Learning Environment. This will inspire the Faculty, the Fast Evolving Global World. They are called as EB Ambassadors.
• Please tick the Advanced programs in the boxes provided for which the faculty opts for Certification
• The teachers will have to choose minimum two programs and the cost is Rs. 500/- (Two Programs). Every additional program will cost 250/- more. The Teachers can opt for all the six academic programs also.
• The Principals can opt any two executive programs or all the three programs. Two executive programs cost Rs. 600/- and additional executive program will cost 300/- more.
• After receiving the online payment, the applicant will receive, enrolment number & Home assignments to the registered e-mail of Teacher/Principal.
• The home assignments should be typed in MS Word , in Times New Roman in Font 12 and should be sent to courses@educatebhaarath.com by typing the enrolment number at the top.
  The home assignments can also be hand written, scanned and sent as an Attachment to courses@educatebhaarath.com or to whatsapp number 7702018626 in PDF Format
• The faculty will receive the E-certificates along with QR Code to their e-mail mentioned in the application.
• The certificate will be sent within 7 working days after receiving the home assignments to courses@educatebhaarath.com
