The Registration Act, 1860 is a legislation in India which allows the registration of entities involved in the benefit of society - education, health, employment etc. Act 21 of 1860, is for literary, scientific, or charitable purpose, or for any such purpose as is described in section 20 of this Act. The Registration Act, 1860 (21 of 1860), came into force on 21 May 1860 and continues as Act of Parliament.

A Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) is established, with a useful social object, for promoting education and research activities provided the income and profits are applied for promoting only the objects of the institution. The term Non-Profit Organisation means that the Organisation can generate profit or income, but that is applied for promotion of the object and for promotion for the charity work in which it is involved.
Educate Bhaarath is working with the Government for implementation of Government Education Programs and Policies. It is also supporting Educational Reforms, implementation and Skill Development.

Integration of Value Education by CBSE into the Schools syllabus will provide basis for Teachers and Students to create a more lively perception of Values, Thinking and Behaviour. Schools and society at large have a shared values system, which provide the growing generation a clear sense of direction and committed vision about how to create a stable and moral society. CBSE has currently brought the Positive Human Values for improvement of Education. The positive Human values are Respect, Honesty, Compassion, Care, Humility and Responsibility.

These courses are registered by MSME, Government of India, New Delhi and renowned hospitals. The aim of the course is to impart skill to render Home health care and to empower with skill.
