CARD ENROLLMENT For Life Saving Association Membership
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Door to Door Campaign is conducted by the volunteers of Educate Bhaarath on the request and
consent of inmates only, in Residential areas and Work places.
2. The Registration Charges are Rs. 200/-, ( Two Hundred) . E-books on First aid and Life Saving
procedures are sent to the Whatsapp or Email of the Enrolled Persons.
3. The Application Form should be filled along with the Payment details. The Application is available in
“Payment Portal “ Webpage
4. After the Evaluation of application, Certification is provided as Volunteers of Life Saving Association
of India.
5. For the Volunteers of Life Saving Association of India, up- gradation of Awareness in First-Aid will be
gradually done.
